Poorly But Profitable

FTS Starting BankRoll £100 Results +£9,119.43 Closing Bankroll £9,219.43

Well September has been good to me on a betting level with me clearing over £4k in profits so far, but I’ve been rough as a bear’s backside.  I’ve started going down to the local gym and they have a “Premier Suite” which is where you can get a sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi following a workout.  Well that was the best bit of the workout for me but I reckon I got some nasty virus from the Jacuzzi, they must be swimming in germs with everyone’s bits being in there.  I knew gyms were bad for you, that’s why I hadn’t been to one for about a year :-)

So I’m just about back to normal, so regular blogging will resume.  Trading and betting has gone well, I’ve not let a virus get in the way of that, if anything it increased my focus a little bit as I couldn’t concentrate on doing all the usual things that I usually do whilst trading (surfing, watching films etc).  The Football Trading System has continued to perform admirably and my profit for September from the FTS stands at £2,956.86 which is without doubt my best month since I started last year.

As I’ve said been looking for a new system and I’ve just purchased one today and at only $69 and containing 6 trading systems and daily picks, I’m interested to see how it performs, I’ll do a write-up as soon as possible.

I’ve also been getting involved in the Betfair Exchange games and I’ve been creating my own strategy for the exchange turbo hold’em and it’s been performing pretty well over the past few days, but the only thing that will prove whether it’s profitable long-term is by using it long-term.  Any betting system can be profitable over a short period of time, but hopefully I can crack the code and find a winning system as I’ll then be abled to automate it using xfeeder.  My system lies around the starting odds and then combinations of cards available.  I’ve been trying to code this into xfeeder, but I think I need to read up fully on how to use it as I keep getting unexpected bets when I trial the system.  The screenshots below are from my actual trading on the exchange holdem game and once I’ve managed to code it into xfeeder I’ll then leave it running for a few weeks on trial mode, so I’m not risking real cash.  I’ll then be able to determine if it’s a truly profitable system.

Balance on 22/9/10 = £327.99

Balance on 26/9/10 = £606.43

Anyhow, I hope everyone has been doing well and I’ll keep this up-to-date from now on, all the best, Steve
